    Operation Hulkout: Day 752

    SLA, Day C, Workout 8

    I just had to screw-up my Power cleans after finally nailing my Bench press after 2 weeks of trying. I inadvertently did next Monday's workout instead of today's, and I didn't notice anything wrong because the first and last days of SLA are very similar. In any case, I'll just swap the exercises and make a note on my Excel sheet.

    I know I said
    two weeks ago I'd be doing Box Squats, but as I set it up this morning, I saw and confirmed with a trainer that I was just making parallel and not the depth I've been reaching since I started StrongLifts. Since I only have one more week of SLA left, I might as well just stick to what I've been doing and have a spotter around for the heaviest set.
